Terms of Use

By accessing or using SmartPRO Hub ("the Service") — the HR, payroll, PRO-services, and compliance platform at thesmartpro.io, including the Feasibility Studio and every other module — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and comply with applicable Omani regulations including the Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) and the Electronic Transactions Law.

SmartPRO Hub is a multi-tenant business platform for the Sultanate of Oman. Depending on your subscription it provides:

• HR, payroll, and attendance management, including WPS payroll file generation, Social Protection Fund contributions, Omanisation reporting, and Article 61 end-of-service gratuity
• PRO and government-services workflows, contracts, and document compliance tracking
• Publishing and engagement insights for social accounts you connect (section 6)
• The Feasibility Studio — a free, AI-powered tool that collects business information via a guided questionnaire, generates a feasibility study as a Word (.docx) file, provides information about Oman Development Bank (DBO) and Riyada funding programs, and optionally sends your document to a bank's SME lending department upon your request

The documents generated by the Feasibility Studio are drafts produced by artificial intelligence. They are provided for informational and preparatory purposes only. Specifically:

• The Service is not a licensed financial advisor under any Omani or international regulation
• Documents are not audited financial statements and must not be represented as such
• Financial projections are estimates based solely on the figures you provide — they do not constitute certified forecasts
• Program eligibility information (DBO, Riyada) is provided for guidance only — verify current requirements at official portals (db.om, sme.gov.om)
• Loan approval is at the sole discretion of the lending institution; use of this Service does not guarantee or influence approval

You must have a licensed financial consultant review and, where required, certify the financial sections of any document before official submission.

By using the Service you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
• You will not submit AI-generated documents to any institution without appropriate professional review
• You will not use the Service for fraudulent purposes or to misrepresent your financial position to lenders
• You are responsible for verifying all regulatory requirements, fees, and timelines at official government portals before submitting any application

Where your employer holds the subscription, they control your workspace: they decide which modules you can reach and which records you may see. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the records you enter.

Each company's data is isolated from every other company on the platform. We access your workspace data only to operate the Service, to provide support you request, or where Omani law compels us.

SmartPRO Hub lets you connect Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts that you own or are authorised to manage, so you can publish updates and view engagement insights from your dashboard. By connecting an account you confirm that:

• You hold the rights to publish on that page or account
• The content you publish through SmartPRO Hub complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards, and with Omani law
• You remain the publisher of that content — SmartPRO Hub transmits what you compose and schedule, and posts nothing on its own initiative

We access only what the granted permissions cover: the list of pages you manage, publishing rights for the posts you create, and engagement statistics for those posts. We do not sell or share that data. You may disconnect an account at any time in Settings → Integrations, which deletes the stored token and cached page data; see our Data Deletion Instructions. Full detail is in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

The SmartPRO Hub platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Falcon Eye Group LLC. The documents generated for you are your own — you own the output and may use it for any lawful purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by Omani law, SmartPRO Hub shall not be liable for:

• Any loan rejection or financial loss arising from use of generated documents
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Changes in government program terms, fees, or eligibility criteria after the document was generated
• Any reliance placed on generated documents without professional review
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

Your use of this Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal data in compliance with Oman's PDPL (Royal Decree 6/2022).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms at any time — the "Last updated" date above will reflect changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Oman.
