What is a PRO in Oman?
PRO stands for Public Relations Officer (المندوب): the person or company that clears a business's government transactions with the Ministry of Labour, the Royal Oman Police (visas and Civil ID), the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MOCIPI) and others.

- How long does a work permit renewal take?
- It depends on the Ministry of Labour's processing, so we confirm the timeline with your quote. Start the renewal at least 30 days before the permit expires.
- Do you cover companies outside Muscat?
- Yes. Most transactions are completed online or in Muscat, so we serve companies across Oman. In-person visits in other governorates are arranged on request and quoted separately.
- Can I pay per transaction instead of a monthly package?
- Yes. Without a package you pay OMR 10 per transaction or visit, or a quote per case for the services marked "Quoted". A monthly package covers all of them, so you can move to one when it suits your volume.
